Each DeCroize tweed suit is entirely made to measure, based on the measurements provided by the client.
Customisation is complete: cut, adjustments, finishing options, stylistic details and configuration choices are defined at the time of order to create a garment precisely tailored to your physique and preferences.

No suit is pre-made or standardised. Each piece is crafted exclusively to order.

Tweed is a living fabric that develops character over time when properly cared for.
We recommend dry cleaning only, in order to preserve the structure of the fabric, the shape of the suit, and the precision of the cut.

After each wear, allow the suit to rest on a properly shaped hanger in a well-ventilated space. Gentle brushing helps remove surface dust and maintain the texture of the tweed.

Avoid machine washing, tumble drying, and direct ironing. If necessary, use light steam only, without direct contact with the fabric.

Proper care ensures the longevity of the suit and maintains its appearance over time.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, products made according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised are not subject to the right of withdrawal.

As measurements are provided by the client at the time of ordering, the client is responsible for their accuracy.
In the event that incorrect measurements supplied by the client result in a garment that does not correspond to the intended fit, no refund or exchange can be granted, as the suit has been produced specifically to those measurements.

However, if a manufacturing error, defect, or non-conformity is attributable to DeCroize, an appropriate solution will always be offered, which may include an alteration, an exchange, or a refund, in accordance with applicable legal guarantees.

Depending on the destination country, customs duties or import taxes may apply, including within Europe.
These charges are determined by local authorities and are outside of DeCroize’s control.

When applicable, they generally range between $20 and $35 and must be paid directly online by the customer to the carrier or local customs services in order to release the shipment.

Each DeCroize piece is crafted using carefully selected materials and produced according to high quality standards.
Cut, assembly and finishing are subject to rigorous controls to ensure an impeccable level of execution.

Before dispatch, each garment is individually inspected. Only pieces that fully meet the House’s requirements are delivered.

Our after-sales service supports every client with professionalism and responsiveness, in line with the level of quality expected from a DeCroize piece.

Each DeCroize piece is made to order.

For main pieces, the total delivery time is approximately 25 to 30 days, including production, quality control and shipping.

Delivery is free to relay points in France.
A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is sent as soon as your order is dispatched.

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Once your return has been received or a return confirmation has been provided by email, we are ready to initiate the refund or exchange process.
