Each DeCroize piece is made to order.

For main pieces, the total delivery time is approximately 25 to 30 days, including production, quality control and shipping.

Delivery is free to relay points in France.
A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is sent as soon as your order is dispatched.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Once your return has been received or a return confirmation has been provided by email, we are ready to initiate the refund or exchange process.
